I sign onto BROTHER-USA.COM to inquire about ink for my Brother printer. I key in the model and get a "Drivers Search Results" with no printer found nor displayed. Keeps looping or searching, I suppose. This same inquire works fine with any other browser, but not Firefox. Can you advise which Firefox settings is preventing any response from the Brother website?
