Hi, Yesterday I opened Firefox and found that it had completed a factory reset (without asking me) and I have lost all of my data and settings, particularly from plugins (Simple Tab Groups for example). I have a folder called Old Firefox Data on my desktop, and I have copied the files into the profiles folder from about:support, but I have still lost all my settings. This is extremely frustrating and will take a lot of time to get everything back to how it was. Please let me know how to restore to my old state.
