Hi,

Not sure if anyone else is reporting this but ever since the last update - 140.0.2 Firefox Release, June 27, 2025 - many of my general sites, yahoo, news, company sites that I use everyday, do not load. I have to use Private Browsing, keep refreshing or change URL for the site to load. Anywhooos, I do appreciate you guys! keep it up!

Hey J. Rodriguez, I haven't seen that reported at all yet. Getting pages failing to loading that much is horrible. My gut instinct says one of your addons must be blocking those sites from loading. It could be a change in the latest Firefox broke something in one of the addons causing it to unintentionally break loading of websites.

So please try disabling all your addons then restart Firefox and try surfing as many sites as possible: Disable or remove Add-ons

If that works, you can try turning each addon on one at a time then retesting Firefox. Until you find the "bad" addon. Report it here if you find out which one it was.

But if you are still seeing the same problem after trying all that, you can try a Firefox Refresh: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

Becareful with this option though. You will lose all your addons & themes & other customizations you made to Firefox but all your important data should still be saved. And in most cases a "refresh" fixes whatever strange problem a user was having. But I like "disabling the addons manually" option as it helps me to see who to blame and try to report the problem to the addon maker.
