Tabs opening automatically.
Each time I login to firefox 94 pages are automatically loaded. I quite firefox and when I reopen it the same thing happens. I have cleared my history. I have done everything I can think of

That's a lot of tabs!
These are regular/full tabs, and not pinned (icon only) tabs? Pinned tabs are supposed to be restored (see: Pinned Tabs - keep favorite websites open and just a click away).
Could you double-check to make sure those are not set as Custom URL home pages to load at startup? Although the space for Custom URLs looks short, it can hold many|many|many URL separated by vertical bars.
