From my laptop I have been entering a sweepstakes on HGTV. I enter my email address, hit "Enter" and it takes me to a second screen where I also should hit "Enter." All of a sudden, the "Enter" button on the second screen does not work. It does work on my phone so I know it isn't the website. Any ideas?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
