Sometimes when I try to create a subfolder nothing happens. I tried a few times but still nothing. Then I created a folder called Test and it worked. Then I tried to rename Test to my real name it says that one already exists, but it doesn't show on the list. Is there a way to find the subfolders that exist but don't show, so I can get rid of them? And why is it letting me create some but not others?

Thanks. Jeff

There may already be a folder with the same name, but it's not subscribed. If this is an IMAP account, right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., click Refresh, and review the subscribed and not-subscribed folders.
