I imported bookmarks form InternetExplorer and now find that "Show All Bookmarks" doesn't appear on the Favorites drop down menu. Where did it go and how can I get it back?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

Are you referring to the Firefox Bookmarks menu or possibly the "Show your bookmarks" disabled (button next to star on the Navigation Toolbar) or are you referring to internet explorer when you talk about Favorites?

What do you see in the bookmarks drop-down list as the first items?
