Can't add new bookmark folders. Don't have the dropdown under Bookmarks Menu shown in support answer.

The answer from support shows a dropdown with a "new folder" option if you click on "Bookmarks menu", but I don't get that dropdown. When I click Bookmarks Menu, all that shows is "recent tags". No option for new folders, etc.

To open the Bookmarks Manager, press the Alt or F10 key bring up the tool bar, and select Bookmarks. Hot key is <Control>(Mac=<Command>) <Shift> B.

Use the directory 'tree' on the left.
