why am I getting 2 copies of mail sent in my sent mail folder?

when I send a message it takes forever to have it saved then when it does it is in the sent box twice, what gives?

Hi Rick.

Please try to disable saving of sent messages Account Settings > account > Copies & Folders. Some servers, like Google, already do that for you. :)
