I have marked mails from RANJEET BORA as Spam on 4 occasions. But I still find mails from him in my mail. Today also there was a mail from him. Sad.

Firefox is a browser, not an e-mail application. You can use Firefox to access your e-mail provider via their web mail page.

Firefox does not have a spam filter since it is not an e-mail application. That is part of your web mail providers functions. Contact your web mail provider or post on their forums for an answer to your question.
