My bookmarks on my laptop has lost 90% of my bookmarks. I try to sync with my PC but nothing happens and the laptop remains the same. I've tried closing the browser and logout and login again but nothing changes. I've turn of the laptop and turning on still nothing. How can I be log in and see a different layout, it doesn't make any sense. The only thing I have change on this laptop is down loaded a new version of CClean. Which I have already done the day before on my PC. I've attached a copy of both screens 743 is from my PC and the other 534 is from my laptop.

Few questions and basic troubleshooting steps:

  1. Are you logged into the emekenpen@gmail.com Mozilla account on both computers? (Your second screenshot doesn't show the name of the account logged in to)
  2. Have you enabled the items you want to be synced as described in this article on both computers?
  3. Have you manually hit the sync now button (Under Firefox sync settings) on both computers? If you hover over the button does it let you know that you've successfully synced the data however many seconds ago?
  4. Have you tried disabling the sync and re-enabling it?
