hi, well I deleted and distrusted a certificate. now I'm trying to import the same certificate but it doesn't work. when i add the certificate i does not show anything on the certs list.

I keep on getting pop-up ads like the one shown. It started only fairly recently. I have done everything that the Internet suggests but still cannot get rid of them. The ads claim to be from google but somehow I feel they come from some malware. But I can't find the malware.

I recently took a hit from potential malware while looking for a owners manual. I now have a popup that looks like the one attached. It looks to be from Mozilla, but I can't be sure. Can you help with this?

a webside is not avalable when i use Firefox as Browser. It hase a valid SSL-Certificate. When i use chrome, edge, opera or vivaldi i can open the webside normaly. Only Firefox does not work. How can i fix that?

I did allready reinstall Firefox and i tried different devices. But it still does not work.

the Ask to Save Website Passwords Option keeps Deselecting itself, it will not stay selected

Because of that, the Auto fill Username & Password fields do not populate.

I have already Uninstalled Firefox, removed all files from my system, deleted all Firefox App Data from my system, Reinstalled Firefox from Scratch, reconfigured all, but can not get this working correctly

Since pretty much the beginning of the internet, pop-ups were deemed a significant annoyance, so much so it diminished and ruined the users’ browsing experience and significantly reduced efficiencies. Hence the addition of pop-up blocking settings to all browsers long ago.

However, for some unknown reason Firefox gives Google a free pass and allows their “sign-in” pop-up that pop-ups seemingly on every website you visit where you then have to then manually close the pop-up on pretty much every single website you visit - even though you have the pop-up blocker setting on ( and the only way to turn off a pop-up blocker is to specifically add a website to allow for pop-ups).

This is absolutely horrible and not acceptable. If you have the pop-up setting on, no pop-up should be allowed to get through no matter what it is or the source. If you allow one pop-up to continue then you should be allowing hundreds of thousands of other pop-ups as well. But you wouldn’t as you know this would be unacceptable, but again, somehow Firefox allows Google’s pop-up to go through and it pop-ups on pretty much every single website you visit.

Note that I selected Privacy and Security Setting as the "topic" above as that is were Firefox has it's pop-up setting (and where you can add exceptions to allow pop-ups for specific websites)

Just pointing out the idiocy of this software... despite having tabs with multiple pages of the same host website open, Muppet-Zilla FireFux starts giving me the old Secure Connection Failed rubbish. Take the link, open it in public of MFF, it opens fine. Even a page that was open fine, try to open a link it, Secure Connection Failed rubbish. Hit the back key, A PAGE THAT WAS OPENED, then Secure Connection Failed rubbish. Yet in CCLeaner, Vivaldi, Chrome, Edge, no issues. So, I guess the message in that is clear - uninstall MFF, never install again. Good to know.

How do I get Firefox to stop suggesting my email address, city, state or other information on lines for logins or applications? I have turned off all the autofill selections in security and privacy and it still offers suggestions. I don't want any suggestions AT ALL.

I was told by Blue Cross tech support that to regain access to their portal, I need to replace my old Fepblue.org password with a new one within my Firefox browser. How do I do that?? Apparently, the Firefox browser doesn't recognize the new password I submitted to Fepblue. portal. Please help? Thanks

I was using Lightspeed today, and the website pops up a confirmation dialog box (probably through JavaScript) so that you can confirm that you want to do a specific action. I got annoyed with the dialog and clicked the included "Don't allow this website to show prompts anymore" box when I hit OK. But now it won't perform any action that requires you to hit the OK in the prompt, so I need to make the dialogs come back so I can do my job. I can't find any setting anywhere in the browser that I have actually disabled or changed by hitting the box in that prompt.
