I am trying to check in-store stock of an item on a website. When I click to check stock it opens another page but the only thing on the page is the browser frame with the word "safe" in the upper left corner. The links work on all my other browsers. I have used troubleshooting mode and refreshed Firefox but it continues to happen.

I will post an image to show what is happening when I use the paste in the toolbar search item. I did a retore to defaults and it fixed the issue until the next day after a reboot of the pc and it is back. Anybody else see this behavior and know how to fix it? Thanks, Dave

p.s. I wrote up a larger version of this and tried to share data which didn't work automatically and wiped out my story. :(

I am signed into a Firefox account. I have used this account on at least three different computers. I have downloaded the application anew at least a dozen times.

Firefox randomly, from where I sit, opens things in French rather than English. How can I keep it in English unless otherwise specified (I occasionally want German or Japanese)?

I cannot make calls via Firefox on Facebook Messenger. In the second window that normally loads tells me that something went wrong. (in Dutch tells me "Er is iets fout gegaan" This happens on both my computers, Windows and Linux. Even when I start Firefox in troubleshoot mode it is still not working. However works absolute perfectly in Google Chrome. The problem started today by my knowledge for no apparent reason. I tested the camera in Firefox, works. I tested the microphone in Firefox, works, no problem. Also I granted Facebook permission to use the microphone and camera.

I cant connect to face book messenger i get this message: Something went wrong

Hi, I have noticed this behavior for a while now and it is becoming bothersome now. It seems to happen ONLY upon initial visit to a site, any site. Once the site loads completely, any links from there loads without the black screen.

Of course, I have searched and tried the known remedies: 1) graphics driver. Chrome, Konqueror and other browsers do not exhibit this behavior. 2) FF add-on's disabled. No permanent difference. 3) Hardware acceleration disabled. No permanent difference.

I see that there was a new version loaded yesterday so don't know if this relates. Starting today, when I open Firefox, it opens in a small screen in the upper left corner. I want it to open in full screen. I have to click twice to get the full screen. I do not mean the screen that F11 gives since I still want my tabs at the bottom. I have Windows 10 and Firefox 103.0.2.

I realize that this is an annoyance that has a workaround. I just want what I had yesterday. Thanks in advance for your help.

recently im reinstalling my windows OS...so im looking the most simple and faster way to backup my firefox via google search...i found tool called "fBackup", so i wipe my C drive and installing new operation system

on my new operation system ,restoring firefox profile is done without any problem ..it just my session tabs are gone...i have like 100 tabs opened (not active) and i really need to continue to work on these tabs

on fbackup i cannot find sessionrestore.jsonlz4 or session.jsonlz4..but theres file named Places.sqlite

the backup directory structure as follow (attachment bellow)

is it possible for me to recover my session tabs?

At certain times I see double posted history on my history management. Why does this happen?

I recently created a new artist website on WIX and added a widget by Elfsight that shows sharing buttons. The widget is installed correctly. The buttons appear when I bring up the site on Microsoft Edge, but not on Firefox. What gives? I tried clearing my cache etc. to no avail. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

what ever you are doing to Firefox please stop. keep getting network errors and other errors and still have not fixed the jumping Posts in Facebook. I am or at least was a faithful Firefox user but now will all the errors and such really considering Chrome. I have cleared cache turnoff add ons and still, get the network protocol error happening too often> from what i am seeing in my email about the Facebook issue more peopke are leaving Firefox

Foxfire behaves incorrectly when playing chess on lichess.com. This is a popular chess playing site that hosts online chess games between logged in players. When a game challenge is accepted, it presents a chess board and a clock that should start immediately counting down white's remaining time. Instead, with Foxfire, the clock starts when the first move is made by white.

The above behavior only occurs on Foxfire. On Edge, Google Chromium, and Opera, it works correctly. This is of little significance to most players, but I have observed it for a long time on Foxfire--maybe as long a two years. I have not reported it before because I can easily work around the problem. The workaround is obviously to switch away from Foxfire when playing chess on lichess.com.

Just thought someone there ought to know about this Foxfire abnormality.

Facebook voice and video chat quit working - 8/12/22 AM using Firefox. Works fine, same computer on Chrome? When calling or accepting a call the screen goes to "Something went wrong"? Same symptom on two desktops, two laptops, and one notepad. Windows 10.

Hi - not sure where to put this, but I am receiving emails in Italian, when my Language settings, both on my desktop and mobile settings are English.

I am specifically receiving the "New access to Firefox for Android" emails.

All in Italian.

I'm raising this support ticket from my desktop - not my phone.

I have created a test profile and added the below line in prefs.js file user_perf("network.cookie.cookieBehavior",0);

Below is the desiredCapabilities section for codecept config file. desiredCapabilities: {

When the browser is launched it creates a temporary profile where my network cookie behavior change is not reflected and also the browser is not headless.

To set the network cookie behavior value to 0 I also used the below desiredCapabilities which also didn't work. desiredCapabilities: {

When attempting to manipulate (delete, forward, etc) messages from my Frontiernet.net email account the cues fail to respond. I can move between new messages, trash, spam, etc with no problem but cannot take any action within those folders. When using Chrome as the browser, the Frontiernet.net account responds properly. Any suggestions??
