I have used my metamask extension for ages with no issues and now it wont open and sais this... Metamask had trouble starting. This error could be intermittent, so try restarting the extension. which i have done several times to no avail I have tried most things and nothing...

I always use the system when printing and I'm tired of having to scroll all the way to the bottom to clicko click on the link. (Fussy, I know) Is there a way to make the link appear first instead of the Firefox dialog?

When I try to open or hyperlink to smithsonianassociates.org I get an error message that says, "the requested url was rejected. Please consult your administrator."

Doing a flight search on the Easyjet airline website brings up this message.

You don't have permission to access "http://www.easyjet.com/en/buy/flights?" on this server. Reference #18.a2051702.1680270222.a72aa67

How do I give permission to allow the search to go ahead? It's pretty annoying to come out of Firefox and use Safari where this doesn't happen. Thanks

I have the Firefox Multi-Account Containers extension installed.

When I click on links in other applications, for example email, is there a way to choose which container it opens on? Right now, it opens without a container.

This problem has been posted a number of times and I've gotten no solution. About 3 weeks ago, I lost all my tabs when closing down my Mac. I have the function to have tabs when resigning on (it's worked fine for years), Also, all my desktop icons are increased in size to 1" by 3/4". Also, cannot download another browser. This is MOST irritating. Sometimes the answer I got from Mozilla was to connect with aa screen icon, but I didn't have the icon. I have download a new Firefox----no resolution. Last night I uploaded to Big Sur 11.75 I need good technical help. Dorothy

After a mistaken forced restart (inadvertent pressure on the shutdown/start key), one of the 3 windows I had open is invisible. It shows in the 'Windows" menu as one of 3 but when I select it - nothing. It does not show as a recently closed window in History. I have restarted Firefox multiple times, including deleting the xulstore.json file then restarting (a fix from another similar thread).

How can I restore this inaccessible window?

I like using Firefox. But there is an area of my use in private browsing, where I want to have either multiple instances of windows or tabs open and they are recognised as separate browing instances.

Example of what I would like to see is, when I enter a website in private browsing, most sites would ask me to accept cookies. If I either accept or reject without closing this original another private window, it'd remember I've already chosen.

As far as I know, chrome also acts like this. But someone has pointed out Safari doesn't. I've tried it, and it does what I need. However as put in the beginning, I like using Firefox, and is wondering if anyone know if there are any plugins or settings in about:config that can make it happen?

I cleared my cache and cookies, had to restart my pc - macbook pro. After opening Firefox, I was signed out. I had to ask for password reset and once signed in, it looks like all my bookmarks are gone!

How do I recover them pls? I did not saved them anywhere or made a copy of those.

When I use the Firefox in full screen mode in the Mac OS, the three colored dots (red, gray and green) are automatically hidden, however if I'm switching between tabs, is normal that sometimes I go with the cursor a little bit upper, and the three dots will be automatically displayed. The problem is how these three dots are displayed, with an annoying drop-down effect. This is so annoying!!!! On safari and office tools the behavior is different, when the cursor is close to the three dots area, they just appear, and there is no annoying drop-down effect.

There is any method to change this effect on Firefox?

Hi I use Firefox on 2 mac and 1 IoS device. The passwords or saved logins don't seem to sync across devices, even though they are all logged in via my account. Kindly advise.

I have an issue where I can upload a video to OneDrive and it plays back at a very low resolution in Firefox, both via double clicking and using Stream. The problem persists in safe mode. If I download the video, it comes back at full resolution and it streams perfectly in Chrome and Safari.

I have cleared cached web content. I also recently had an issue with lip sync on YouTube, which I resolved by refreshing Firefox, but the above remains.

Any ideas?

I have problems with dragging files from downloads directly to my desktop. Now, in order to drag downloaded files I have to open the downloads folder, which is an additional step and a nuisance.

Is there any way to get the old functionality back?

Since firefox's latest update I am unable to access my online PNC banking account. PNC says that Firefox is no longer compatible with their online banking system. I'm using an IMAC computer. had to reinstall Firefox because of swcurity breach...looks like old app was put in folder...but I lost all my bookmarks inthe new install...how do I transfer bookmarks fromfolder to new app
