Hi all, I did search the key word Outlook but did not see a helpful reply. I used my extension to clear the cache, did not help. I even call the help desk at work, they suggested Chrome and i was able to log on. I already have to use Chrome for Netflix, i don't want to have to move to another browser. I have Mozilla VPN but it is not on all the time. Please advise. thanks, E

Hi y'all! I've been trying to get netflix to play recently, and I keep getting the error code F7351. I tried looking it up, and didn't get anything, and also tried to dis- and re- enable DRM content, and that didn't work. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks for any help!!

When I try to log into the site, the system sends a 2FA code. I enter the code an Firefox goes into a loop waiting for the server. When I use Chrome, I get right in. I do not want to be forced over to Chrome. How can I fix this?

As run into before, i have constant frustration that was motivating me to switch browsers from FireFox where when i open a webpage in FF i am not seeing full content. I use an extension to then open that page in Edge, and i then do see full content.

The most recent example of this is https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-us where in FireFox the "chat" link did not appear, but in Edge it did. Similar experiences occur when attempting to log into my account at whitepages.com where in logging in FireFox errors out or returns me repeatedly to the login page, yet Edge completes the process without issue. The Whitepages issue has been ongoing for over 6 months.

Ive been using FireFox for a while and think its great but FireFox suddenly stopped working for me even though I use it everyday just fine. The search bar works but literally nothing else works. Its very annoying and I do not know what to do. Someone please help me fix it. I use windows 11 on a HP computer, I do have a lot of extensions but absolutely nothing works so I cant check. Nothing I try will work. I cant list the extensions I have because it’s completely blank and glitched. I hope it isn’t a severe problem. Please give me some advice!

I'm experiencing a problem when I visit certain websites, like 'https://mui.com/x/react-data-grid/'. Every time I try to access this site, the page starts an infinite reloading loop, preventing me from using the website normally.

For the last two days, cnn.com won't load and gives a message that the browser is blocked. Can you explain how I can remedy that? It's a rather popular site, so I assume Firefox will want it to work. All my other sites are working fine, so I'm assuming it some adjustment that cnn made on their end.

Attempting to log-in on Twitch with Firefox Browser - Developer version 122.0b9 (64-bit) is currently not possible, repeated messages are prompted by the Twitch website about "unsupported browser" and to contact browser support to resolve this issue.

Clearing cache, disabling extensions did not work. Using regular Firefox works without issues, only noticed this being an issue after most recent update for Firefox Dev browser.

Side effect as well since update is that any Cloudflare captcha is impossible and all website that use Cloudflare to "authenticate" that I'm human just outright fail or continue indefinitely.

In my ongoing battles with Firefox which no longer offers a painless way to use the internet, in Reddit's moderation page, messages are flashed up for a frame and then disappear and I'm told there's nothing to display. However, in Chrome this page shows the messages and I can use the page correctly.

I have been a loyal Mozilla user for many years and it will be a lot of work to to transfer to chrome or edge but continuing problem with camera/microphone access and now this rubbish makes it necessary.

No idea if this is happening to anyone else:

When I use Dropbox for web on Firefox on a new Macbook pro, every so often the screen will completely glitch out and you can't really do anything on Dropbox. By glitch out I mean the screen just becomes really shaky, like non stop shaking back and forth and you can't click anything or navigate at all.

Since the most recent couple of updates, I'm running into quite a high number of webpage breakdowns: unresponsive click buttons, inability to do payments, etc. I've been having to resort to (gasp) Microsoft Edge quite often. Anyone seen this? Have any fixes? Thanks
