I start FireFox and a selection screen appears asking what previously saved session would I like to start?

Can this be accomplished?

Help, Noticed that FF 116.0.2 is freezing when I go to "https://www.rpmabq.com/houses-rent" . I have to use Task Manager (Win 10 )to close FF. Also Pandora (https://www.pandora.com/station/play/) is not working correctly. Tried Troubleshoot mode and still happens. Both sites work fine with Chrome.

No problems before update to FF ver 116.0.2.

Hi! When I click on my shortcut to access the Rumble.com website, I keep getting the message that there is no server. My shortcut was working fine last week!

Over the last couple of weeks the Firefox Browser will not load the tab page (e.g. Washington Post, New York times) and says it cannot find the web site. I tried troubleshooting mode and then resorted to refresh which only made it worse. It got to the point where the browser wouldn't even open the mozilla.org page correctly.

I finally turned my internet security service off and the browser began to work better, but getting my tab page to open sometimes comes up with a "we cannot find the site" and a "try again" button which never works.

I tried using Safari to go to the same web sites with no problems.

My wife uses Firefox on her I pad and her tablet and says firefox browser is giving her problems.

I have Firefox 116.02 (the browser also seemed to have problems updating and I was getting Firefox failed to update messages.

Has Firefox done something to make the browser unstable on Apple OS systems?

I can not get sound to work on firefox I have tried inistalling and reinstalling with no success and followed other advice. Sound works on Duckduck Go browser and also spotify np problems there.

any Ideas? the sound just all of a sudden stopped it has done this before but fixes itself after a day or two its been almost a week now I have run out of ideas.

On the new tab page, there is an option to dismiss links to frequent site, which will make them no longer show up on the new tab page. However, I cannot find any option to reverse this. How do I restore which pages show up on the new tab page to default, before I dismissed any?

I've been able to use Firefox seamlessly since making it my default web browser, until last week. Since then every time I try to connect to juno.com, I receive the message below:

Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

   Because I need access to this server, I've tried a variety of ways to connect with it and everyday, I waste a large amount of time, but everyday, eventually I'm able to open a link and access juno.com.    I know that there are better email servers, but because I've had this one for over 30 years and do business all over the world, with  a wide variety of people, I need to keep this account active.

   I'm hoping that you can help me solve this issue.

Hi - After taking the suggestion to re-install a fresh copy of FF, I keep getting something to the effect that the FF profile is missing. After spending too many hours trying all the leads provided online, and not being too familiar with some terminology, I am bewildered. Instead of a simple set of instructions, I am tasked with deleting something. Wha?? I don't wish to delete something, I simply would like to dump the contents of the old data file that appeared when I re-installed F back, and be rid of the nag. Had I had been warned that this problem would occur, I would never have re-installed FF. I wound up with something that contradicts its premise; delete what? The title to Restore FF Profile is misleading. Logically, here should be a link to click on to re-install the old files, or better yet, they should have been installed automatically. The file folder raises the question, why even have it? It's useless. If it had a list of extensions that were deleted, it would be helpful. Luckily, I hand copied the extensions, recalling that many years ago, they disappeared down the rabbit hole, never to be seen again I apologize for being ungrateful, as FF and the work done by volunteers is most appreciated. but wasting what little time I have here on earth is not good for the psyche. If there is a simple, understandable solution, it would be most appreciated. Thank you, Nick M.

I'm so frustrated, because I've been using Firefox and this feature since 2019 without a glitch. Immediately after upgrading to v. 116, I found that no credit card info will populate even after I enter a password for the permission. Does anybody know what the problem is, or how to fix it??

outlook.com, Facebook, and Starfleet Commander are not loading properly. It started with Starfleet Commander, and a clearing of cache and cookies routinely would temporarily clear it up. Now, I am having problems with both outlook.com and Facebook as well, and since the most recent Firefox update. outlook.com is opening but I cannot access the emails in my inbox and Facebook is unable to share posts. Also, in outlook.com, https links in emails from trusted senders are somehow being converted to http and then Firefox of course warns me not to go there. Of note, I downloaded Chrome temporarily for a backup and am not having these problems with Chrome, but of course, Google Chrome is nosy and ad-laden.

Hi. My Firefox keeps selecting multiple tabs, and I can't fix it. When I try to switch tabs, it only selects it as once of the "group of those tabs that I want to move, delete etc." The "chosen tabs" turn blue when I tap them, and I cant get this feature off.

Only solution that I have found, is restarting my laptop. Please help. I do not wish for this to continue its very annoying.

Before i got my Laptop, the Link color was normal blue, it just appeared like that on my new one. At first i thoguht, i just have wrong settings. But on most other Websites ist blue like it should. Then i thought the Website changed something. But in the Developer Tools those links dont have any CSS added to them for the color. Then i switched Browser to Edge and everything is normal there too.

So whats the Problem?
