Firefox often display messages at the lower right corners - only from selected sites.

It drives my crazy - because I have to click on each and ervy one.

How can I select the sites which are displayed or can I shut them off all together ?!?

Please advise !

I have a 30-day free trial for DeepL add-on (and enabled it in Firefox). I tried to use the extension when I visited a Russian website and clicked DeepL and "Translate this selection" and nothing happened. The webpage wasn't translated. Do I have to be a "Pro" user to use DeepL? If not, how do I get it to work? I'm using Firefox 122.0.1 version and Windows 10.

Firefox automatically updated to 123.0. Now the only tabs that will open are to support.mozilla.org or similar mozilla.org links. Everything was fine this morning, but now nothing works. This is problematic because I have a lot of tabs open for different sites that I work on daily.

Firefox. LinuxMint 21.3 Cinnamon 6.0.4 , Google Mail Compose, Pressing and holding the arrow key moves the cursor one character at a time. Google Chrome works fine.

Hello, My Antivirus sofware (GData Internet security) showed the attached message (in German) two times today. It says in English something like:

It was tried to access an infected archive

Virus: Trojan.GenericKD.71195125 (Engine A) File: 0B3C6E11DBBC160A3AAFC100C8BAB878F5EE0C Directory: C:\Users\re-ge\AppData\Local\Mozilla Firef Process: firefox.exe

The line ending with "Firef" may indicate that lines are truncated.

Any suggestion what to do ? Reinhard

Hello Before I reset my PC some months ago, I almost never had to Login to sites, as the kept me logged in. This no longer happens, and now I frequently have to Login to eg. my Google account which needs third party autho and all sorts. It is rather annoying having to Login to Google every time I close the Window.

I do not have this setting on: "delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" I do have this setting on: "Ask to save logins and passwords for web sites"

It does save my Password and autofill, which makes it easier. But it is still annoying, that I have to login to everything every time.

I have tried reinstalling Firefox, to no avail.

Please Help

I am no tech expert.....I have not Idea of the problem..I have used these email programs for years with no problems for years. Any help would be greatfuly appriciated.

Here is a rather long winded explanation of my problem initially prepared for an email to Firefox until I found out that was not a possibility. Hello Agent, I have a problem with Firefox described as follows: I have an account with a company called Eversfield Organic an organic meat company. They have a facility whereby the delivered cold packs and insulating material can be returned to them via DPD free of charge. To achieve this a form has to be completed on Eversfields site to enable a returns label to be printed. When attempting to complete this form one line of this form will not accept an input. This item is called the “Country” which should read “United Kingdom”. I cannot input this manually or by my password manager “RoboForm” which temporary inputs United Kingdom until I release the mouse button when it goes blank again. I have tried the Google Chrome and Opera browsers which work perfectly using this system. So logically it would appear that there is a fault with Firefox which is a shame since it is my preferred browser. It would be appreciated if you can provide a solution to this problem. My Kaiser website kp.org can't come up...the following error message:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Every once in awhile i get a second Firefox icon pinned to my taskbar and also a second listing for firefox in my programs list. If i try and delete the extra version there is only one listed in the control panel. Has anyone else seen this? I am running Windows 10 Pro.

I visited Twitter and Facebook looking to contact Graham Hancock. I had to signup. But now everytime I open my browser ---- Twitter and Facebook automatically open up. HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE 2.

You search for a word using Control+F like any other program. It's highlighted on the page if it's there. Or you would think so. But no. Why does Firefox so often say it found a word when you can clearly see it's not there on the page? Nothing is highlighted. It even gives you the number of results on the Find bar. Some may be there but others are not. This has been like this for years. Why?

When I select a link in an email, it opens op Edge, rather than Firefox. This just started happening today. I have followed multiple options for making Firefox my default Browser, but nothing seems to work. I am using Windows 11 Home Addition. Thank You!

All of the sudden I am getting an "Acess Denied" message from Quickbooks online. The error message is immediately after I type in my login ID and hit enter. It doesn't even let me get to the password input screen. This started on Thursday afternoon, but was working fine Thursday morning.

I have been using my banks website, www.lbandt.com, for years. Suddenly firefox cannot find the website, what is the problem? Have to have access or can't use firefox.
