Just a little while ago, I wrote about how Firefox updated and now my Gmail "stars' are gone, I cannot access my work Webmail, and PBS Passport is a problem.

I forgot to mention that I play NYT Spelling Bee, and until this update, I could click on "Today's Hints" and see that page. Now a picture winks in for a second or less, and then the screen is blank.

Something is definitely haywire with Firefox if so many disparate sites are a problem, right?

I've had Firefox issues for months now. It started after the update three updates ago. Firefox would take 10-15 minutes to load, I often couldn't load websites even after it had loaded....except for a couple of nights recently I've been able to use it flawlessly. Like right now. It's almost 11pm and it's working. I've been through the clear the cache, check if the extensions are slowing it down etc. routine. So why is it working now? It probably won't work in the morning, it didn't work last night, but it worked a few nights ago and again tonight. I'm sorry this sounds so strange but I don't know what to do. I've had to use a different browser for a while but would love to come back to Firefox again.

So i was using this website called 9Anime and i was watching a show and i diabled my arrows for going backl 5 seconds and i have looked up everything i can to fix it and nothing has worked. Can anyone help me please ????

My laptop crashed last night

I had to reboot windows. I had a lot of passwords saved on my firefox browser How can i recover these passwords? I need them to run software for college

My Firefox crashes almost constantly, up to several times every couple minutes. I recently wiped my entire computer and reinstalled Windows (to fix other problems, among this one) but the issue is still happening. I have a list of a couple dozen crash logs that I can show, and I have tried reading through them and debugging to no avail. The crashes also still persist in Troubleshoot mode. I have included the most recent crash reports with my freshPlease help.

For the love of God, can someone explain who thought it was a good idea to remove the option to sort bookmarks menus by name? Please do not suggest users to open the All bookmarks and using the View > Sort option because it's not permanent, such useless option only applies temporarily while that window is open.

What version must I downgrade to in order to recover the bookmarks sort by name? Because of course the option won't be recovered. Kindly explain who, and why did you decide it was very useful for the end user to delete this option.

Minor issue but some help would still be much appreciated here.

On some sites, when I click the login field, Firefox suggests a list of possible identifiers. Among the suggestions there is one that is the true identifier I need to use the others are mis-typos that I probably have typed in error some time in the past.

I want to clean-up that list to keep just the true identifier. How do I do that ?

When I go to Settings > Passwords I only see the true login identifier. The other items in the list of suggestions do not appear. So it seems that it is not there that I must do the cleaning-up …

Facebook works ok 'till I go to home page and it starts to load and stories or what ever they are called go blank and it continues to reload items over and over. Cleared cache and tried all other browsers and they work ok..

Hi I want to make a commercial offer to Mozilla and I want to be a percentage of it if the team has accepted my offer.

Can't use Firefox to access make an appointment page: https://myappt.sdil.net/#/ Had to use Chrome (ugh!). Uploaded the Chrome page, but can't even upload the screenshot of the Firefox page (it's totally black) because the upload just spins when I try to upload it here!

In the past week I have found that I am now unable to log into some websites, can no longer download pdfs from websites, or word docs from email. I have had issues trying to access chat functionality with my web hosting company. This has forced me to have to start using Chrome is many cases.

Firefox is my favorite browser and I want to continue using it, but if I am unable to access the websites I need to, when I need to then I will have to eventually jump ship.

Is this happening because of recent browser updates? From search from past issues people have had I've seen firewall settings a possibility, so could it be my firewall? Or are websites just not trying to support Firefox anymore?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, When I search for google and then click tamil , my language, the phonetic key board is shown. But when I start to type it only types iln English and not in my native or regional language. Previously I had no problem in windows 7. But it is not working in the latest firefox browser. Any solution Any missing on my part

When I run the Divi Builder on the agencia221b.com site, it crashes firefox.

The testes I've made so far: If i run divi builder from other sites in the same hosting, it crashes firefox. If i run divi builder from those sites in incognito mode, everything runs normally. If i run divi builder from those sites in firefox troubleshooting mode, it crashes firefox. If i run divi builder from those sites with all extensions disabled, it crashes firefox. If i run divi builder from other sites in other hosting, all runs normally. If i run divi builder from those sites in chrome, in or out of incognito mode, everything runs normally.

This problem started some weeks ago with one site, after instaling a wordpress plugin. Now, other sites in the same hosting begin to have the same problem.

It only happens with firefox, always. It doenst happens with other browsers, never.

Please, can someone help?
