Since the last update, Gmail has not been working correctly on Firefox. All of the buttons to the left of inbox emails that enable you to move, categorize, file, etc your emails have disappeared. I have tested my Gmail account on Chrome, Edge and DuckDuckGo browsers, and everything displays correctly. Please help. An image of the missing buttons is attached (well, since there aren't there, you're seeing a blank area of gray to the immediate left of my inbox [or any other folder] emails). I have been dealing with an issue in Firefox on Windows 11 for several weeks now hoping for a fix soon but it has not come yet. When I am browsing on eBay, it will lock up and I have to identify the thread in Task Manger and kill it (just the runaway thread, not the entire program). I can then continue of eBay for a short time before it happens again. This only happens on eBay while just browsing, not bidding/buying. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi Mozilla support Having used MetOffice daily forecasts for many years, 3 days ago it stopped working on my desktop. I still have Windows 7 but always the latest version of Firefox, and everything else works fine in Firefox (including other weather forecast websites thankfully). A page of Met Office headings appears instead of the forecast.

I emailed them yesterday and this is the reply: 'To see the public website in the previously recognised format, you would need to upgrade the browser version you are using or the Operating System of your device. This issue is affecting users on unsupported mobile devices (phones/tablets) as well as those on PCs and Laptops with unsupported software on them. As per our Met Office Website Policy page - which details the level of support we offer and to which browsers – we currently only support the latest two versions of Chrome and Safari; the latest version of Edge and Samsung Internet; finally the latest version of Firefox only being partially supported. This policy has been developed to comply with the World Wise Web Consortium (W3C) AA Accessibility Standards. It also details the Decision Tree of which versions would continue to be supported or no longer supported We appreciate this may be frustrating, but without updating or replacing this unsupported software/hardware you will be unable to view the public weather website in the correct format.'

Since it says 'the latest version of Firefox only being partially supported' I guess there is nothing else I can do to access their forecast (apart from getting new PC and using Windows 11, which I will be doing later this year). Kind regards, Katy

normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

Hello dear community! My firefox keeps crashing when trying to open a tab or close a tab. I can't replicate it since it happens on random tab-closing and tab-opening. I think it's just crashing when doing something like clicking anywhere and NOT when doing nothing while the system is idling. Thank you for your help! I am not able to access my emails in Yahoo Mail. Can't even send emails. Tried accessing Yahoo Mail using Chrome and did not encounter any accessibility problems.
