Hi this is for John99. my computer is windows xp , i am just trying to load adobe flash playeer which asks me to turn firefox off to do just that .

i am being asked all the time to load adobe flash player, but when trying it says firefox needs to be turned off, but i am not to sure how to do this.
My computer freezes and generally is quite slow but i cant afford a new one. hope this helps John99.
