My exceptions list is suddenly blank
This morning, everything that was in my exceptions list has suddenly disappeared. This list took years to compile. Thanks a lot Mozilla. Nothing special happened overnight as I simply put the computer to sleep before I did.

Saw you were having a really tough time and getting "technical" responses. In case you weren't able to get this fixed, I finally found a way:
CLICK ON: TOOLS CLICK ON: CLEAR RECENT HISTORY UN-CHECK: OFFLINE WEB SITE DATA and SITE PREFERENCES
This took care of the issue for me, I'm sure it will for you too.
