my firefox keeps on crashing i have reloaded it twice ,,there is on patten to it it just crashes ,, also the adobe flash player crashes i have also reloaded that twice ,, my computor is new i have just rebuilt it firefox was ok till i upgraded my ram ,,

There are a couple of Knowledge Base articles that might help you. First, I would suggest you take a look at Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly). This is a general troubleshooting article for crashes. Next, I'd suggest you look at Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again. This one is specific to the Flash plugin crash that you mentioned.
