I am running Firefox 7.0.1 on an iMac with Lion.

So, cannot get Firefox to remember the password.

The www.kaiserpermanente.org website uses autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving the name and password.

You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.
