How do I get rid of eBay.co.uk & iMesh and permanently restore Google Australia as my homepage when I start Firefox?

I don't know how, but recently I looked at iMesh, and since that time, when I start Firefox, I have been getting an iMesh search homepage instead of my Google page. I went to iMesh uninstall instructions which said to delete two iMesh programs, using my Control Panel's add/delete feature. When I did this, I found there was only one iMesh program listed, which I deleted. This did not change the search page that comes up when I start Firefox. I have also tried going to Google and selecting the "make Google my homepage" option, but the next time I start Firefox, the iMesh page is back. Today, the searchline has changed to eBay.co.uk - although to my knowledge, I have not even used that site, and it comes up every time I start Firefox. I would love to get back to starting Firefox and having Google (or Google Australia) come up. Help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. John Stretton.
