I am trying to play a game and I am having some problems. If I use FF 3.6.17, FF crashes while playing. Ff 3.6.17 is using Flash 10.3.d162. I know there is a new version of Flash - 10.3.r181. I tried to install this and use it with 3.6.17 but it is not recognized. It is in the same place as d162. I downloaded FF4 to see if that fixes my problem. FF4 does not find d162. If I use r181, FF4 finds that and uses that. The game does not work right with r181. I tried to go back to d182, but FF4 does not find it. I have both versions - d162 and r181 - in the same directory. I change the extension of the one I want to .so. The other is called .old or .new depending on which one I am using. How do I get 3.6.17 to accept r181? How do I get FF4 to accept d162? I tried FF5, but that leads to even more problems beyond the scope of this question. I am running Fedora 14 with all of the updates for it.
