usually, new tabs appear below the bookmarks toolbar. but some--three in this case--suddenly appeared below the windows "quick launch" toolbar, and my system tray icons appear vertically instead of horizontally. one of the three is duplicated in the customary tab location. two others--"Palm Desktop" and an adobe pdf document--also appear at the bottom. how can i fix this so all tabs appear below the bookmarks toolbar. and, if anyone has a solution, how can i make the system tray icons align in a horizontal format? when i right-click in an unoccupied space on the quick launch toolbar, only quick launch is checked. thanks!
