Just downloaded 3.6.13, but I can load any pages. I downloaded 3.6 becasue 3.5 was taking some time to load pages, now I can't load any at all. Running Win XP SP3. How do I go back to 3.5 ?
I've tried many sites but it won't load the page. I can see the site url path in the lower left corner, but the page doesn't display nor does it list the url in the browser. When I click the green arrow in bro browser window the page wo't load and the X (stop) icon flashes to red.
