Not sure what is causing the issue as I have already resetted the BurpSuite and disabled the manual proxy option from Firefox (Manual proxy configuration). How come firefox is working fine when I configure it with Burpsuite and firefox is not working when i close the burpsuite and setting the proxy to 'Use system proxy setting'

Have you contacted BurpSuite support? They might know something. I called for more help.

No haven't called them. Will reinstall kali linux, thanks for the reply.
