In the "Library" window, once a bookmark name is selected in the bookmark list (upper right) pane, the details (lower right) pane expands. This obstructs the view of the bottom portion of the bookmark list, preventing the bookmark to be double-clicked. See the attached screen shots:

(1) When a folder is selected in the folder list (left) pane, the details pane only shows its name.

(2) If the mouse pointer is moved to the bookmark list pane, the details pane remains unchanged.

(3) Once a bookmark name is clicked in the bookmark list, the details pane expands to show its name, location, tags and keyword. This is fine -- you can either single-click the bookmark name to see the details (as shown in the screen shot), or double-click to open it without taking a look at the details.

However, --

(4) Suppose the bookmark to be opened is toward the bottom of the list, and you want to double-click it.

(5) Upon the 1st click, the details pane expands to hide it, and you would end up missing the 2nd click. Presently, the only way around is to single-click the bookmark, roll up the screen, then click again, which is a bit too tedious.

This problem has been around for such a long time that I was hoping a lot of people complain to coerce a fix. Unfortunately, not so far.

Though surely not a big issue, this is frustrating enough to deserve to be rectified.
