Hi! Firefox has this toxic attitude to upgrades, when it installs them either fully automatically, or anytime when I look at the about window, and I guess maybe other triggers. I don't want any of it. I only want a notification, preferably with a link to the changelog, so I can prepare and decide to upgrade. I can disable upgrades totally, via mozilla.cfg, but that's a tad severe.
