Hi. The latest version of Windows 10 version 1809 appears to have made a change to the way it uses accent colors based off of backgrounds in the general Settings. It now makes title bars much darker than it used to.

As a result, Firefox (and all browsers and window title bars) is now much darker on the top of the browser. The top of my Firefox browser includes the menu bar and the tab bar. Normally it shows these as a nice light blue and the menu bar text links (File, Edit, View, History etc) are black. Now, as a result of the Win 10 change, it is showing as a very dark blue and the text links of the menu bar are white...


Edit: Update... I was able to figure out a solution so I don't need this to be answered now.
