How do I stop Firefox e-mails?.....all of them forever?

If they are from Mozilla, there should be a link near the bottom of the message to unsubscribe or whatever.

Hello Rescuerick,

Could it be that you subscribed to the Mozilla Newsletter (and maybe forgot about it) ?

As long as the sender's email address is :

@mozilla.org or @e.mozilla.org - at least it's legit, and you should be able to unsubscribe like FredMcD mentioned.
