I use many shortcuts when typing to save time, since I process a lot of customer support emails. How can I use the text replacments I've already saved on my Mac?

What do you mean by 'text replacments' ? Are you talking about pre-created messages?
Just copy and paste as needed.
For example, instead of typing Regards, I just type rgs and it is replaced by the actual word. See attachment.
