After refresh of FF I have "Old FF Data folder on desktop, but can't delete. How do I delete it?

I did a refresh of FireFox on my Windows XP Pro (with POS Security update hack). After refresh was done a new folder was present on the desktop titled "Old FireFox Data". It is 94 Mb in size. I tried to delete it but can not do so. The error message says can't delete be cause I don't have privilege. How can I delete this folder?
