I had a filter set up to push messages to a separate folder for one particular sender -my accountant. This was just for one sender using a keyword. I recently deleted the filter and now I cannot receive messages from this sender at all. If I turn thunderbird off, the messages appear on the BT server but disappear when thunderbird is switched on and presumably syncs with the server. I am using IMAP. What has happened?
