Do you know where they are coming from? What program, site?

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Note that etilqs files are SQLite temp files that should be removed automatically, at least when you close Firefox (etilqs is sqlite spelled backwards). You normally wouldn't see these files as they are hidden by the OS. If you keep such files then this can be caused by security (anti-virus software) that keeps a handle on such files for inspection and makes it impossible to remove them.

I heard these files were created by firefox here are two I cannot delete: etilqs_NshukrU96BB & etilqs_OHTkzrF3Nvw they are creating these empty files in my temp

Who (what software) is informing you about these temporary SQLite files?

My computer slows down and I have to empty my temp files in an hour there are thousands
