Firefox crashed and when I restarted it my profile was gone, along with all my bookmarks and history.
This afternoon Firefox crashed on my MacBook Pro running OS 10.10.3, and when I relaunched it all of my bookmarks and history were gone, along, as I discovered after a little bit of investigation, with my profile. I have no idea how long it will take to recreate all of this data, so I just wanted to pass along a huge thanks a bunch for throwing a major wrench into my day. So, thanks for that!! :-/

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
