Firefox crashes at launch
Get to used Firefox for few years and also recently updated the latest version, but was not able to launch since few days ago
It keeps trigger the crash report when clicking the Firefox icon
I've already followed all problem solving steps advised on the support forum.
Here is the submitted crash report number:

hi vpun914, looking at this report, it looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.

Don't know why the Applian Freecorder cannot be removed or uninstalled .........I have already tried many times by clicking uninstall button on this page, or even click the uninstall.exe file under Program Files.....
