Whenever I open the browser, it keeps showing the message that my browser version is predated.

But I cant Update since its not released yet for Linux.

Cant wait for the new Version to be released Other than that, the browser is swift and user friendly

You appear to have the Ubuntu provided version of Firefox 35.0.1

Either you can get the Firefox 39.0 update from in package manager on your distro or you can get Firefox from www.mozilla.org or www.mozilla.org/firefox/all

If you choose from mozilla.org then make sure it is 64-bit as the 32-bit will not run unless you have appropriate packages.

Mozilla does not provide updates for third-party builds, including the packages provided by Linux distros.
