Windows xp, firefox overwritten by MSN on startup, reinstall firefox failed, still MSN, refresh FF worked but worried? bxxxxxx@btconnect.com
It seems initially firefox.exe was automatically overwriiten by MSN - how did this happen? Refreshing firefox from the mozilla firefox web site worked but can this scam by MSN be stopped/blocked?

When you had installed Mozilla Firefox it ask for transfer of data from internet explorer to new browser.
if you do not want Internet explorer stuff like MSN, do not forget to select " Don't import anything"
please check image as well.
