For some reason my fiance's web browser no longer allows her to click on most menu buttons. for example her arrow buttons to scroll up and down the page does not work; yet the bar allows you to scroll. On face book the login button will not click. Some of the book mark buttons will not work either. I have run several virus scans and have completely cleared her laptop. I have even uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and the problem still persist.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
