I understand that receiving repeated notifications about the same thing can be frustrating. From what I can tell from the screenshot, the message appears to be a legit notification from the Mozilla account team. Also, just to clarify, using Thunderbird is not the same as using a Mozilla account. That said, if you signed up for this platform using the same email address, your can rest assured, because your account should be safe.

I keep getting email from .. saying my account is going to be closed since I haven't used it in two years. I use it constantly! I have it downloaded to my Dell laptop, and I use it all the time. Is this a scam?

If you did indeed log into your Mozilla Account all the time then you should not be getting three emails informing you to log into your Mozilla Account before a date.
