I recently bought a new computer and I need to know how to register this computer to my Firefox account,. and also remove my old computer from my account and keeping the same account number.

On my connected devices I had a device I didn't recognise and deleted it. I needed to capture details of the rogue device and unfortunately didn't record the details, in the shock of finding a device connected to my account. Is there anyway to see the history of what devices have been connected or where connected. It for an ongoing investigation of unauthorised access to my laptop.

After connecting and signing in to Mozilla Connect, it seems impossible to actually log out. There is a log out option in the dropdown menu, but it doesn't work. After "logging out", when going back to the site one is automatically logged back in. This is true even after clearing all mozilla.org cookies, and closing the browser. If a different browser is used, first time access to the Mozilla Connect site requires username/email and password, but after the first access, the alternate browser is also perpetually logged in.

1. What mechanism is being used to identify me as the user after cookies are cleared ?

2. How does this fit in with Mozilla's claims to respecting user privacy ?

3. How do a log out of the Mozilla Connect site ?

I got charged for a VPN and make sure that it wasn't I was not able to cancel the subscription in time because it said I didn't even have a subscription that it wasn't even going to charge because there was nothing even signed up. today I get charged for the service and I never wanted it. Please advise on what's the next steps.

Twice in recent weeks I received the message "Your account and your personal data will be permanently deleted on [Wednesday, Jun 10, 2026] because you haven’t been active" at my email address of [edited] @gmail.com. However, my email on your records is [edited] @yahoo.com. I access both of those email accounts on my computer (Windows 11) through my Firefox browser.

I keep getting email messages saying that my Firefox account will be terminated on May 26th because I don't use the browser enough. Is this true? I also use a different browser, but do use Firefox occasionally.

I don't like the idea of multiple users having access to my phone , and as far a meta apps like FB and messenger there like wormhole virisus that open external page after external page while navigating there apps causing a multi tab over load on my browser not toention my battery drainage

I received an email that said my account would be closed in 7 days unless I signed in.

I leave my Mozilla tabs permanently open and use them every day. I tried to sign in as instructed and got an "unknown error" about 3 times. Then I was sent to a page talking about Windows 10. I have the extension; that's not a problem for me.

Closing Mozilla and possibly losing all those open tabs would be a BIG problem. Evidently I'm signed in now. I hope everything is OK with my Mozilla account.
