Can't open attachments on one account but can in another. Something within the one account not functioning?
When I click to down load the attachment in one of my Yahoo accounts, the box telling me a virus scan runs and finishes showing "Scanning is complete and no viruses were detected" then i click the Continue button which simply disappears and nothing else happens.
If I forward the same email to another Yahoo account and go through same procedure, the attachment opens and I can Save it or Open it, which seems to indicate the problem is lying within my account . . . but where?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
