profile has been deleted and password import not working

i've tried to import my data because i have moved to another computer, i tried importing the profiles folder yet nothing happened, so i tried deleting the profiles and it's now broken.

i've tried the password thing, didn't work and the profile one didn't work either.

and also. making a new firefox folder doesn't work either
