I have two accounts on the same server, I can recieve messages on both accounts. But can send messages from only one account but not the other.

I have two accounts on the same server, I can recieve messages on both accounts. But can send messages from only one account but not the other. the problem is with the SMtp service. the same default does not work with both account. My service provider is Rogers.
