I have two accounts on the same server, I can recieve messages on only one account but not the other, although I can send messages from both accounts.

I have two accounts on the same server, I can recieve messages on only one account but not the other, although I can send messages from both accounts. The settings for both accounts are the same. Both accounts have worked fine until today (14/8) I noticed that windows 10 was updated today, is it possible that my problem is linked with windows 10 update. Thanks for any help.
