Firefox for Android Troubleshooting

After few days of use, Firefox will fail to connect with any page. I can still use chrome when it happens.

The problem is only solved if i reboot. 

Im using sony z2 with android 4.4.2 and firefox 28.0.1

At the end, even about: config fails.

Please fix it ASAP. Thanks

Trying to load about:config fails? Weird...
Try uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling.

Hi Moses and digito, If you are connected to a 2g, 3g, 4g network:

If you are connected to wifi:

  • You can also check to see if dns prefetching in the about:config page. The item is called network.dns.disablePrefetch
  • You can also check to see if the sites are IPV6 and enable that feature, though it should be enabled by default.
  • You can try another wifi too.
