You seem to be using the latest Firefox 4.0.1 version

  • Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1

Run the Firefox program once as Administrator (right-click: Run as Administrator).

Did you find the updates folder?

If you did then is there a '0' folder present?

If you get that message then that means that there is a pending update still saved.

Yes I did and there were no outstanding updates. Problem not solved. I have been using Google.
