I cannot open another tab than the one already open

I am currently unable to open and browse with another tab. I can open the tab, but am unable to click a bookmark, enter a url, etc. In the options menu, I am unable to click the tabs to change or check my current settings.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
